Baked Stuffed Shrimp

  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. dried bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 2 tbsp. dried parsley
  • 3 ounce can drained chopped mushrooms
  • 7-1/2 ounce can crabmeat, or fresh crabmeat
  • 10-12 jumbo Wild Caught Shrimp


Cook onion in butter until soft; add finely chopped mushrooms, bread crumbs, parsley and crabmeat. Let simmer on stove to blend flavors. At this point, you can cool and refrigerate overnight stuffing if you choose.

Butterfly jumbo shrimp and pack stuffing on top of shrimp. Place on baking sheet which has been sprayed with cooking spray. Pour a little melted butter over each shrimp. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.
