Also attached is a generic invoice https://shrimpalliance.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/06/Reimbursement_template.pdf that can be used by selected permit holders to submit for the reimbursement. A subset of the 500 permit holders who established the data plan and properly deployed their units will receive the letter and invoice from NOAA.
