The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) has issued questionnaires and the schedule for the final phase of the Five-Year Sunset Reviews of the antidumping duty orders on certain frozen warmwater shrimp from Brazil, China, India, Thailand, and Vietnam.

The ITC’s review will focus principally on information received in response to questionnaires that are due back to the agency on December 28, 2016.
